How do I choose between online and in-person coaching?

If you value direct face to face interaction and feedback in either Atlanta or the Metro Area, in-person coaching may be better for you. If you prefer convenience and flexibility, travel often, or work odd hours, online coaching could be the better option.

How do coaches provide accountability for the online and in-person coaching packages for me?

Coaches typically provide accountability through regular check-ins, progress tracking, goal setting, and feedback on your performance. The methods may vary depending on whether you choose online or in-person coaching. All Remote clients are usually communicated with through our coaching apps.

How much does coaching typically cost?

Coaching costs can vary widely depending on the level of accountability, and the services provided. Online coaching is generally more affordable than in-person coaching dollar for dollar. However if you have pricing concerns, we do have $0 down financing to make sure it is accessible to all. Ask your coach about the various options available.

How long does it take to see results from coaching?

Results can vary depending on factors like individual goals, commitment, and adherence to the coaching program with everything from exercise frequency to supplement consistency. Generally, noticeable improvements can be seen within 4-12 weeks of consistent effort.

What types of workouts and nutrition plans will be included?

Coaches here typically create personalized workout routines and nutrition plans based on your goals, preferences, and fitness levels. These plans will likely include a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and balanced nutrition with flexibility for you living life as you’d like to.

How often will I communicate with my coach?

Communication frequency varies depending on the coaching package and individual needs. Most coaching programs include at least weekly group check-ins and updates. and our highest tiered coaching comes with 7a-6p daily messenger access directly with your coach.

Can I switch between online and in-person coaching?

Upon completing your current package of sessions and/or your length of term for the plan, there is an ability to switch from online to in-person coaching or vice versa. Additional Fees may apply. Always discuss your preferences and options with your coach before deciding something new is for you.

How do I find the right coach for me?

It is always important to research coaches by reviewing their social media, their own fitness journey, coaching experience, and client testimonials. We can pair you with the right coach on our team based on what you are looking for.

What can TruCapacity help me with?

We are a team of personal trainers in the Metro Atlanta area, additionally with trainers in Fayette County, GA. We offer in-person, fully remote, and hybrid training packages from single pillar all the way up to three pillar (fitness, nutrition, accountability).

Do I need to be in-shape to train with TruCapacity?

Actually, not at all. Our trainers will meet you where you are and develop a personalized plan to get you to your goals. We work with clients that have never prioritized health and wellness, and we also work with developing athletes in preparation for their sport.

I don’t have equipment at home, can you help?

That’s totally fine. All of our trainers have a facility and/or personal equipment that they utilize for their in-person sessions with clients. If you’re remote or hybrid, we will work around your access to equipment.

How do I purchase?

Our 1-on-1 programs require a consultation to determine eligibility. Do coaches offer group coaching options?

All of our coaches do offer both in-person and online group coaching options. This is a great option for anyone looking to be part of a community and disinterested in being 1-on-1 with a coach. This is also a more affordable alternative to one-on-one coaching.

Can I work with a coach if I have a pre-existing medical condition or injury?

Our coaches are experienced in working with clients with medical conditions or injuries. Always disclose any health concerns to your coach and check with your Doctor before starting any physical fitness program.

How do I track my progress during coaching?

Our coaches use various methods to track progress, such as progress photos, body measurements, strength and endurance tests, tracking apps, food logs, step counts and more. Each tracking measure used in your coaching will be intentionally selected.

What if I don't see the results I want?

If you're not seeing the desired results, communicate with your coach to discuss possible adjustments to your program. Consistency and commitment to the program are crucial for success and success IS NOT LINEAR.

Can I work with a coach if I'm a beginner?

Absolutely! Our coaches are experienced in working with clients of all fitness levels and can create programs tailored to beginners.
